Claire is our Customer Service Manager. She joined the team in 2013 and is the backbone of our client care department. Claire’s role is to assist clients with billing, policy changes, providing proof of insurance, or any other service help. She currently resides in Macomb County and is engaged to be married next year to her fiancé Bruce. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, shopping, and spending time with friends and family. Claire is licensed in property and casualty insurance.
Brenda Kerst
Brenda joined our team in 2018. Her role is to assist clients with all their service needs. From billing questions to vehicle swaps she is our go-to for assistance. She currently resides in Macomb County and enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family. Brenda is licensed in property and casualty.
Lauren McDowell
Lauren is the agent/owner of the McDowell Insurance Group. She takes a lot of pride in educating her clients on their insurance needs and the unforeseen risks that can occur. Lauren is a multi-line agent carrying licenses in property and casualty, life, and health. She resides in Macomb County with her husband and two beautiful daughters. Together they enjoy boating, being outdoors, and spending time with their children. Lauren specializes in life insurance, retirement planning, and commercial insurance.
